Inspired by the French bistro

Cochon Dingue Lévis is the first of the banner to settle outside of downtown Quebec City. The dining and bar area, totalling 180 seats, has been carefully planned to provide a trendy atmosphere. The restaurant, more animated at lunchtime, also provides more cozy areas favouring business meetings or romantic evenings.

Inspired by the French bistro, the decor includes a modified Citroën Type H truck in the service counter in the dining room centre. Ceramic walls, a large mural depicting a shopping street, posters found in Paris flea markets, black and white checkerboard floor are all elements of traditional decor reworked to create a contemporary look.
