Charcut Roast House

The restaurant Charcut Roast House is located in the Germain development in downtown Calgary. The atmosphere of this trendy restaurant is a well balanced mix of rustic and urban elements where polished concrete and rough steel surfaces meets recycled wood. The mural wall features the original painting of Holstein dairy cows by a local artist which brings a dash of humour and lightness to the décor. Custom chandeliers made with jam jars and LED lighting brings warmth to the space.
