Intersection of character

Situated at the junction between the Old Montreal and Griffintown, the 21e arrondissement project unites both of these flagship neighbourhoods. The project offers a community life created around a central and public square, where the common spaces feel welcoming and friendly.

Common areas linked by design

LEMAYMICHAUD has been given the mandate to design the interior common areas of the first phase. The spaces include the lobby, common corridors as well as the gym.

Through a mix of both historical neighbourhoods, being the Old Montreal’s port activities and Griffintown’s industrial past, and through the use of materials such as metal, concrete and bright wood, the final product is urban, warm and full of life.
