Alt Hotel Toronto Airport

The design of a hotel in a suburban setting adjacent to Pearson Airport in Toronto presented an interesting architectural and design challenge. This project gave us the opportunity to develop a sustainable and significant presence in an environment in constant evolution. The limited area of the site and the clients desire to expand the hotel brand, characterized by its innovative use of space and interior design, led to the development of the 159 rooms within a 14 floor concrete structure.
