For this project, innovative energy-saving features was the basics of this mandate. The complex is equipped with High-performance windows, curtain walls with deep mullions to create solar screens and reflect light inside towards the ceiling, large green roof areas with rainwater recovery, geothermal heating and cooling and energy-efficient mechanical and electrical systems. Those are just a few of the elements that will help reduce energy consumption.
