Le Germain Hotel Québec

The Hotel Le Germain Dominion is located in the first high-rise building of Québec City built in 1912 at the foot of the cliff in the heart of the Old port of Québec, a very animated historic and touristic district. The first mandate in 1997 was to recycle an ancient vacant administrative building of 9 floors into a boutique hotel of 40 rooms. Then in 2001 came the addition of 20 rooms and also the enlargement of the basement at the back of the building to fulfill the needs of the service areas.

The team came up with a concept that allowed them to create warm inviting rooms in a subdued atmosphere suitable with the distinct character. The mix of the contemporary comfort and the yore elegance gives back this old high-rise its formal glow
