Pointe Nord Community - The Esplanade

Responsible for the design of many elements of the project Pointe-Nord at l’Ile-des-Sœurs, LEMAYMICHAUD insures the conception of high density residential buildings and also a symbolic flagship building for the project.  Integrated into the sinuous course of the pedestrians and bicycle paths of the Riverain’s park, the Esplanade tower is developed as a gathering lieu, observatory and an interpretation centre. Designed in harmony with the principles of the sustainable development, this building, partially buried, is protected by a vegetated roof.
